GTA 5 infinite loading time/ loading story mode/ initializing social club fix!

Going straight to the point,
First of all set all exe files in GTA 5 directory (Default: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V) to "run as administrator" and set compatibility mode to Windows 7.

Run the game and wait for the game to log in to your rockstar account and show the activation window. If you are having the problem, the game will show loading story mode/ initializing social club for a very long time after that, probably forever! Press alt+tab to return to desktop(if alt+tab doesn't work keep a file explorer window open and then run the game).

Open the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and you will see two "Social Club UI" processes. (For me there are always 2 Social club UI processes. If you see only one you can still try the following steps)
Right click on one of then and then click "go to process".
Right click on the subprocess.exe and click on "set priority>>High/real-time. Do this for both subprocess.exe (if you see 2 such processes).

Then scroll to find GTA5.exe under the same tab and then right click on it and click on "set priority>>High (NOT realtime. If you set the priority to realtime, you might face audio issues in the game)
Return back to the game and wait for some time(1-2 minutes at max). It the game is not loading within 5 minutes, then my solution might not be working for you.

NOTE: Not all of the steps are necessary. I only mentioned all of those because I an not sure which one is actually solving the problem. I just did it all consecutively and then ran the game. You can experiment with the step at your liberty!

IF this solution is not working for you, you can try other things I found on the internet while I myself was trying to find a fix.

1. Uninstall rockstar social club and then reinstall. If you are seeing an error message that says uninstall all rockstar apps first or something like that, just delete the rockstar games folder from C:\program Files, C:\Program Files (x86), C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\local.(Where C is the windows installisation folder and set "show hidden files" in folder and view options to go to the last directory)
Delete the rockstar games folder from documents too, but before that backup the folder "GTA V" in Documents\Rockstar Games\ to preserve your same game. After running the game once, i.e. upto the point where the game logs you in, (so that the folder might be created) restore the backed up GTA V folder.
Download the setup and install with administrative privileges :
http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/socialclub/Social%20Club%20v1.1.5.8%20Setup.exe

2. Create a new user and play with that account if you current username has special characters in it. Keep in mind the new username should consist only valid English alphabets.
